Dr Jiang was patient, communicative, fast working and informative. I noticed he spoke to his assistant with appreciation and respect. The office staff are helpful and the wait times are minimal. And most importantly, my teeth have never looked better!

As soon as I walked into the clinic, Journey gave me a warm welcome. She was very professional throught the visit and when the time came to present me with the estimate, she was very clear and thorough. Alexa guided me through the scans and radiographs and was very knowledgeable as well as professional and kind. Dr. Jiang and Brenda were absolutely amazing when it was time to work on my teeth. They constantly communicated with me from before the procedure began to explain what type of work my teeth needed, and during the procedure (especially to check for discomfort/pain levels). Depending on your needs, the procedures might be long and probably also exhausting for the medical staff. This was my case. Throughout the visit, Dr. Jiang and Brenda were incredibly patient, efficient, professional, kind and very knowledgeable. The medical team treated each other with respect and always ready to help each other out, which is a definite green flag for me. In addition, my husband had to have an emergency consult for a fractured tooth and a root canal and he has nothing but positive things to say about his experience with Dr. Zhao, Alexa and Christine who helped him navigate through this process until he was able to chew again without pain. The clinic is really clean, the music in the background is also a great addition to set the right vibes for those nervous patients. From the CSRs, the assistants, technicians, hygienist and to the doctors: Thank you all for your hard work!! You peeps are the bees knees 🐝✨.
